  • Leading contracts management support for the offshore facilities scope for the Mega Sakhalin Phase II project (>US$20 Bn total) on location during hook up and commissioning of the project and transition to an operational organization.

  • Total portfolio of some 100 contracts (1/3 > USD 1 Million each, 6 contracts > USD 20 Million each) and all equipment purchase orders.

  • Responsible for transition and/or close out of contracts & procurement from site offices (Croydon, UK & Goeje, S Korea) to Yuzhno (Sakhalin)

  • Submissions for CBC (Capital Budget Control panel including all partners/Gazprom) for contingency release to fund additional work scopes.
